Boring. And in the not so boring parts, I was confused. When I wasn’t confused I was weirded out or frustrated.

I couldn’t DNF because I had to see it through.

Absolutely incredible read. To span so much time and so many events is a great feat. I understand the direction it took halfway through to the conclusion was not made for me, and it was the best way to round out the character's arc, so don't take the fact this isn't 5 stars as a sign the story is flawed in any significant way. Glad I got to read it.

A coming of age book for a goddess spanning thousands of years. Great read in general; deals with the complexity of human nature and what it means to be yourself.
