the fear, upset, and shock i felt reading this story was unexpected. pip took me on a thrilling adventure uncovering the tragic story of that april night and days following. enlisting ravi, the brother of the ALLEGED killer, to help prove he was innocent and framed/killed by someone still roaming free. two people dead, a list of suspects, threatening notes, and one true ally, this book has it all.

This was one of the strongest YA thrillers I have ever read. The ending was unbelievably well thought-out, jaw-dropping, and satisfying. I loved Pip and the budding romance element to the story. Am I in my YA mystery era? Perhaps. Another one I really enjoyed. I didn’t guess most of the things that happened! Definitely recommend.
