A pretty reading and not too complicated. Different ideas of Bourdain come out from this book, and you can like or dislike him, but at least he is sincere :)

I am completely and utterly biased in my review, especially as quarantine drags on and any written glimpses into travel or being surrounded by people enjoying good food and fascinating company feel like a treat. For me, anything by Bourdain, including The Nasty Bits, feels less like reading and more like being pulled along a journey and soaking in each page. From food porn to shocking statements to looks at other cultures, it has everything I needed in a book at this moment. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get into reading anything by Bourdain as it is a collection of short articles versus a full novel telling one long story. Lots of different topics and POVs on display.
