This was a sweet (no pun intended) love story, set mainly in Paris. 18 year old Claire goes to Paris in 1972 and falls in love with a chocolatier. Circumstances prevent them seeing one another again but they never forgot one another. Claire gets married and goes on to become a French teacher. One of her students, Anna, had a gift for the language but didn't really like school. The two women meet when they are both in hospital - Claire with cancer and Anna after an accident at work. Anna loses her job and loses her way in life and Claire decides that Anna should go to Paris. She sets things up for Anna to work in the chocolate shop owned by her former lover, Thierry.

No a co, však i ta, k letním romancím, neodmyslitelně patří.

PS: Pozor, je vysoká pravděpodobnost, že během čtení této knihy, padne většina, ne-li veškeré zásoby, vaší čokolády.
