I was not expecting to like this one as much as I did!
Weston Belmont
wow wow wow
The man he is. This story felt a lot smoother than the first book. The relationship between Weston and Skylar felt so genuine and authentic. Their characters were written in a way where you couldn’t help but love them and then love them together.
We got to see Skylar grow during her time at Rose Hill. From an anxious woman who is told what to do all of her life to a woman who is takes charge of her life and never let someone tell her what to do.
Weston is THE book boyfriend for me. Well one of them. I felt like in the first book he seemed too immature and acting like a teenager so it was hard for me to imagine him as a mature parent. But in this, he still has his personality but also being a mature parent who loves his children. I loved reading about him and his children. It warmed my heart so much! But this man not only cares about Skylar’s mental health and ensuring that she just gets to be true to herself, he supports her 100%. No matter what.
This book made me giggle, kick, and blush. I honestly had a great time reading it.

Disappointed in the spicy scenes, plot, and overall whole book. It was good, not great.
