It astounds me that a book written so long ago could still hold so much weight!! I love it when people call out religious hypocrisy, corruption, European colonization, & the injustices of slavery and exploitation.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Very witty and brilliantly written by Voltaire. I am amazed that it was written in only 3 days time, quite a feat.
