I like Faith as an artist. So, I was interested in what went on behind the scenes in her real life. Keep The Faith was on par with other celeb autobiographies that I've read. A little about her childhood and up upbringing, how she broke into the music world and, how she met her husband, the Notorious B.I.G.
She didn't disappoint. But also talked about the reason for the mistakes she made. Why she chose the men that she did.
She didn't give any celebrity gossip besides her own.
This is a satisfying memoir.

I would have read this sooner if I had known how good it was! I thought it was going to be a tell all type book but it’s about Faith and her journey! She was very humble and didn’t give herself the props she should have. The writing was great. I’m hoping for Part Two.

Hmmm...a fairly decent memoir I suppose. I happened to read it at the same time the film about her then-husband Christopher Wallace came to theaters. It was nice to have a second opinion to the film, but I honestly wouldn't have put this on my list of books to desperately read...I wasn't that interested in Faith Evans's life & I honestly can't tell you why I read the book.

This book was an incredible read. I've really grown very interested in the stories that I'm exposed to these days.  These stories are those that were existing in the times I was growing up, having boyfriends, learning about life, and specifically, enjoying the fruits of the labor of Faith Evans!  I LOVED the second album and many from the first.  At the end of this book I found myself singing aloud the chorus to keep the faith.  Love to you for sharing with us all babes!
