I was looking forward to reading this as I bought it a while back. When I got round to it, I feel I wasted my time with this one. The uncohesive stylisations of the artwork is kinda frustrating and the story didn't feel as well developed. I think the premise is interesting however it falls flat for me. I couldn't personally connect of feel sympathy for the characters as none of them were developed enough.
I liked maybe a couple of the illustrations but with this interesting premise I expected more stunning illustrations instead of what seemed indescribable styles comic book art.

It was aite. Nobody's family dynamics really warms my heart. Looks like more of a collection of shirt adventures overarching Mr big Murderer? I'll give it a read one day.

To be honest, while I liked this one, I liked Neil Gaiman's other books much better.
I am yet to read the novel but the quality of the storytelling, graphics and atmosphere is wonderful. Exactly what I'd expect for a Gaiman

Wanted to re-read the graveyard book... And then this seemed like a fun fresh way to engage with it. Very much the story I know and loved as a child and a fun way to engage with it. Definitely more dark as a graphic novel than as printed text. I enjoy it for sure, though I do think I am attached to how child me imagined these characters looking.

Esta es la historia de una matanza familiar, donde el unico sobreviviente sera un bebe (muy especial). Este bebe gateara hasta el cementerio, donde alli encontrara un nuevo hogar.
Neil Gaiman es imposible que desilucione, siempre entrega historias fantasticas las cuales siempre valen la pena.
Esta historia tiene una galeria de personajes muy pintorescos, Lupescu, una bruja, y sin lugar a dudas mi favorito que es Silas.
La trama esta repleta de recursos fantasticos, el mensaje por momentos es positivo.
Esta es una lectura infantil, que siendo adulta la encontre entretenida.
Mi unica queja es que encontre el desenlace un poquito apresurado.
