Vayamos por partes. Gaiman es uno de mis autores favoritos y cuando empiezo un libro suyo tengo bastante claro que me va a gustar. Obviamente no todos son maravillosos pero como mínimo sabes que te va a llevar a terrenos desconocidos y a poco que te involucres vas a disfrutar de sus personajes y de los mundos que construye a su alrededor.
En este caso he disfrutado muchísimo de esta novela y si no le he dado las 5 estrellas es porque me he quedado con ganas de más. Quiero saber más de la guardia de honor, de los Jack y por supuesto de las aventuras de Nad en ese mundo lleno de desconocidos vivos.
Si tuviera que recomendar esta novela lo haría sobretodo para esas personas que nunca han leído fantasía y quieren probar este género

Years ago I read the book this was adapted from. I loved it. And, I can honestly say, I loved this adaptation. The artwork is wonderful. The script works well. Gaiman's vision was not compromised. Worth looking at. On to Volume 2.
Últimamente reparto muchos cuatros pero es que, de verdad, me encanta Neil Gaiman. Este libro es increíble. Entremezcla en la historia a personajes totalmente distintos y eso la hace muy entretenida y bonita. Me enamoro ♥
Both the artwork and the adaptation of the story are excellent. I will be adding this to the library collection.
A wonderfully written and unique story with stunning illustrations. I was immediately drawn into the story and completed it in one sitting. Can't wait to read the second and final part!
Cada capítulo de este libro es como un cuento independiente, en el que el protagonista va conociendo a diferentes personajes del cementerio y viviendo diversas aventuras con ellos. Muy tierno, divertido y original.
Totally fabulous! A bit scary (even compared to the novel, this is graphic fiction after all), but if you're older than 10 or so and you loved the novel, you will love this!
I'm new to graphic novels. I needed one for my reading challenge and the woman at the Geek Shop recommended this, even though I haven't been a fan of Gaiman. I must say...I'm inclined to trust her even more, this was great.
At the end of the book, I was informed that there were different illustrators per "chapter". Since I immediately went to Amazon to buy Volume 2, I will pay close attention to that this time around. I bought the Kindle version because I didn't want to pay the $35 for the hard back version. I'm spent $20 on the Kindle version, which came right away (whew!) and I might actually get the hard back later. I really want to see the illustrations in all their glory.
Okay...supernatural, so far kinda wholesome, different, fun.
