No he leído el libro pero lo haré en algún momento, porque casi todo aquí me convenció. Se nota el esfuerzo de cada artista. La muerte es un tema oscuro, pero Gaiman la convierte en una historia de aceptación y de impulso a la vida. Genial!
This was such a cute little spooky story! I really enjoyed reading about the happenings in the graveyard and the life of Bod. I wasn't a huge fan of the ending, it was a little disappointing, but mostly because I loved the rest of the story so much it was hard to end that perfectly.

The writing style can be difficult to follow. When I did know what was happening, I enjoyed the story and the characters.
I wish this book had been around when I was thirteen. That's the best review I can possibly give this little treat of a story.
Beautiful story. Yes, it's a bit naïve, full of innocence. Some might say it's even childish. But there's more to it if you look a little bit under the surface, it has horror and life and death and happiness and sorrow. And it's one of those books whose characters stay with you, because you enjoyed their story, and you don't want to forget them, and when you finish the last page you already miss them.
So so good. I loved seeing the different styles in each chapter. And the story is super entertaining and intriguing! Off to volume 2!
I had high expectations for The Graveyard Book, Volume 1. After all, Neil Gaiman is a master storyteller. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite boring at times.
The story follows Nobody Owens (Bod), a boy who is raised by ghosts in a graveyard after his family is killed. He is taken in by the ghosts and they teach him lessons about life, death and morality. Despite the interesting premise, the plot moves at a slow pace and I found myself becoming easily distracted.
The art style is quite basic, but I enjoyed the monochromatic palette and the characters have an endearing quality. It does a good job of conveying the emotions of the characters and the overall atmosphere of the graveyard.
Overall, The Graveyard Book, Volume 1 is a decent graphic novel with some interesting ideas, but it can be slow-paced and dull. If you're looking for an entertaining read, you may want to look elsewhere.
