despite the high rating, this book was good, but it could have been great. the writing was fast paced and easy to read. but i feel like they semi glossed over the plot. like we got no details, it was a lot of action, not enough describing if you get me. i thoroughly enjoyed it, i just felt like i could have enjoyed it more.
there were so many plot points that were brought up once and then never again and i feel like i missed out on half a book.
harmony and paul: i didnโt like you from the start, i didnโt like you at the end.
trevor and gayle: if i was in this universe i would protect you.
crystal: you were annoying but i love your brain but sometimes youโre real dumb. grow a back bone!
aaron: i hope you break every bone in your body. i hate you but you also donโt mean anything to me.

A YA thriller-horror centred on an awkward teen girl, and a new comer with a plan (strong Jo from You vibes). Wasnโt a huge fan of the audiobook format but otherwise enjoyable.

The idea behind the book was something that could have been made much more interesting and fleshed out, the story itself is somewhat short, making it feel rushed, especially towards the end (though even in the start of the story things feel very "this is happening too fast").
The voice acting was good and I did enjoy the different characters in the main cast,ofc. the "influencer" was insufferable, which was done on purpose, but I wish he was also fleshed out more.
