AMAZING BOOK. I liked this one even more than the first one and I cannot wait for the third one. The build up to the next book? WILD. I must say I hadn’t expected Jameson and Lyra’s relationship to get so rocky. I low-key feel bad for Grayson and her. Jameson is acting so out of character. And Avery going missing? CRAZY. But I firmly believe she will be fine in the third book so I am not too worried about her.

Also, as much as I loved Lyra and Grayson in this book, the couple that actually caught all my attention was Savannah and Rohan. ROHAN has a British accent, he is flirty, hot, and just so unapologetically himself and Savannah and he just match so well. Also, Gigi and Mimosas? SUCH A CUTE SHIP. He kidnapped her to protect her, how sweet is that. They better end up together or I am suing for emotional damage.

So yes, all in all, great book, crazy ending, I cannot wait for the third one so everything is clear and out in the open.

GLORIOUS RIVALS by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

GLORIOUS RIVALS picks up where THE GRANDEST GAME ended, with five players left. Two eliminated, and another phase of the game. Riddled with riddles, the stakes are high. And as everything comes to a close, more problems arise. 
I loved being back in the universe. Just loved it. GLORIOUS RIVALS is a multi-pov, allowing the readers insight into most of the players---as everything panned out, I wish we got Brady Daniel's pov to offer more insight into the calla lilies, sponsors, etc. 
This book was full of tension, drama, secrets, and betrayals. And puzzles, with this saga of books you cannot forget those. I wish there were a few more because I love trying to solve the clues before the others. 
My favorite pov's were that of Rohan---I loved his taunting to Jameson the most. It was also nice seeing Grayson have something---someone for a change. Oh, how I still can't help but ship Grayson with Avery. 
Let's talk about those last few chapters. So much went down, it was absolutely wild---a winner, a missing [Redacted]. There's always three (iykyk). It was all so much. I can't wait until the final---I can't believe it's supposed to be the last book---of this saga of books. So much was left unsolved...I need the conclusion. 
*I feel like this is all over the place, but it's hard to review series without spoiling the other books.

Where do I begin? 
Jennifer Lynn Barnes never fails to disappoint. It amazes me how she is able to keep a series going with so many connections and mysteries. I physically could not put this book down and somehow she leaves me with more questions than answers...

I love that Grayson is now getting his happy ending but I do feel like him and Lyra are a bit rushed compared to Avery and Jameson.  I did love the connections of all the characters with Jackson and Toby making an appearance. But gosh the ending, I really don't know how to feel about it with AVERY MISSING, JAMIE AND GRAYSON AND LYRA. AND THE JUDGE! I have a prediction and hope that it might be Hannah cos in games untold it is mentioned that Alice approached Hannah so maybe she isn't dead!?

I really hope we get more answers in the next book...
