Das World building ist gut aber durch viele Infos teilweise auch etwas anstrengend, wodurch sich das Buch im ganzen gezogen hat.
Ich finde es war auf jeden Fall kein Buch das man in einer Sitzung durchlesen konnte, musste immer mal wieder pause machen.
Das Ende hatte unerwartete Wendungen und macht Lust auf den nächsten Teil.

This was soo good I usually don’t like when books are written as a “story” told by characters but got over it lol. The nonlinear plot made me a little annoyed at first but I thought it flowed really well. I definitely enjoyed younger Gabriel more as I LOVE a school/academy setting and an underdog. Seeing how he was in the present day gave the story such a sense of foreboding and I was just so interested to see how he turned into this “legend.” Although I’m kinda annoyed the last part after rescuing Dior wasn’t in this book like I need the next book rn.
