I didn’t really know what to expect with this book. Vampire fantasy? Didn't seem like my cup of tea. So I certainly didn’t expect to love it as much as I did. This book was a journey from start to finish. Extremely well written characters, plot, and world

So many questions were answered, but so many things were left unanswered. It was a perfect blend

Just wonderful. Twists and turns and brilliantly jumps from spot-to-spot in the timeline to create the full picture. The questions left unanswered at the end make you crave the next installment without being frustrating. The characters are flawed, clear, and compelling. What an incredible journey.

This took bloody ages. I enjoyed it but there isn’t the usual Kristoff hooks for me.

Everyone is dead.
I want to know more about Celena.
I suspect numerous people will resurrect

Definitely enjoyed this way more than Interview with a Vampire. I do have some thoughts but I want to think on them a bit for a day or two. I'll come back and add them later.
