I'll be recommending this book to everyone. A graphic novel is the perfect medium to visualize and explore Mia's experience as an autistic person.

This has been on my TBR forever it seems, so I’m happy I was finally able to read it! This instantly became a new all-time favorite! The autism rep in this is so well done! I’m so happy this book is available for kids to read! I felt seen a lot throughout the book and just loved our MC Mia! I also love the inclusion of Mia’s nonbinary best friend Charlie! I didn’t know this was going to have queer rep going in so it was a wonderful surprise! I love the aspect of Mia being this shy girl at school, but secretly being a popular singer online! This book reminded me a lot of Radio Silence by Alice Oseman with the secret identity vibe as well as Hannah Montana. This was such a fun read and as much as I hated the bullying aspect, it's a real thing that happens to a lot of autistic kids and I think it can provide a valuable lesson to kids and its inclusion in the story is important. I definitely recommend it and will be rereading it in the future!
