I read this for work, it reiterated a lot of points a lot of time, but it was pretty effective at driving the point home. It's a neat book!
not worth reading
Boring seriously are these really chapters. I read half the book in one reading to feel Like I read a whole chapter. Definitely not my cup of tea.

I tend to dismiss most books like this - "15 minutes and this checklist is all you need to achieve business success". However, despite some far fetched examples and simplistic quips, Miller makes a compelling argument for the importance of intentional, considered THOUGHT and action in response to the many challenges one may face leading an organization - no matter the size.
"how to be a faithful worker who doesn't aspire to, or ask questions of, leadership"
It's not even a good book for leaders.
Perfect book to enable (exploitative) capitalism.

This is a pretty quick read because it hits on the points it’s trying to make without too many extras. The tone was straightforward and it was easy to get at what Miller was trying to say overall with his method. It’s easy to see why my boss wanted the department to read this and engage with others about it since we work in a field where one person can really change the interaction our customers have with us.
It’s, honestly, a good reminder that being accountable is important without hitting too hard on anything that would make a person defensive. Ultimately, a good book to make a point.

This book was gifted to me, and other teammates by a VP of the company I work for. I think it is very approachable, and easy to understand. It is a quick read.
