Christmas Love

This whole series was a delightful box of chocolates, just long enough to enjoy each one as a lovely break in the crazy run up to the holidays. This one in paricular where love doesn’t just defeat evil, but shows how it helps soothe grief is a wonderful holiday bonbon.

Such a lovely way to end the series. There was lots of build up where Dasher was interested in the King, but seeing Eirik let Dasher in and find love again was beautiful. Hearing Dasher’s backstory gave me a small case of the leaky eye, but it was well done. I loved this series and this world.

Gorgeous ending to this absolutely delightful series filled with Christmas joy and lashings of love.

Dasher's heart has been broken before and he knows the pain the King of Winter hides behind his stiff exterior.

The sparks between them lit up the page with a gentle humour tucked inside the teasing and gradual acceptance that each had found a new start.

Enjoyable addition to the series
I liked seeing Eirik lighten up and join the living again.
I also liked Dasher as a character
