I'm rating this a 3.5 for now, but I'd love to reread this when I have a bit more experience with poetry and couplet formats! I do like how Miller takes the reader on the journey of love and change ans self discovery - the format is just new to me.

i liked this one more than i was expecting, and the writing is much better than what i thought it’d be based on the blurb (i was thinking it’d be more rupi kauresque). i am still a little raw from my own breakups and negative polyamory experiences (so…just normal polyamory experiences lol) so it was kinda hard to read for that reason lol. but it’s quick and has nice imagery :)
