I love this SF adventure and reread it every couple years. The idea of such an interactive book is exciting and the characters are fully three dimensional.

Stephenson always creates such fun worlds. The Diamond Age suffered from Stephenson's usual problem with endings, but I still really enjoyed it.

absolutely amazing sci-fi read. first 100 pages are pretty dense but smooth sailing after that. highly recommended.

3.5

A truly marvellous piece of fiction. It remind me Philiph K. Dick's novels by its originality and the cyberpunk topic. However, the level of details and mind-playing abstractions distantly related to a hard-core computer science are characteristically Stephenson's.

This isn't my kind of book normally, but my sister recommended it. It's an interesting, surreal melange of genres and plots. I really liked Nell as a character and the idea of reading as a transcendent activity.

DNF at 50%.

NO, NOPE, ABSOLUTELY NOT. F THIS BOOK.
