Fun, engaging romance.
I enjoyed Kasey and Beau's story. There was a lot of hurtful history to navigate and I really felt for Kasey as she shared her journey. Kids can be cruel, but boys can just be so... dumb.

That Time I Kissed My Brother's Best Friend is my first book by Julie Christianson, but it won't be my last.
Kasey's brother Brady, and his best friend, Beau, played a cruel joke on Kasey on her graduation day. Five years later, Kasey is still not over it. Neither is Beau.
That Time I Kissed My Brother's Best Friend features:
*brother's best friend
*enemies to lovers
*Christmas in July
*Quirky family members
*Awkward encounters
It is a quick read with plenty of humor. I am looking forward to the next book in the series...the Epilogue sets it up nicely

It is a great love story with some funny parts. She writes well and I will read another of her books. It was weird to read about Christmas in July, lol, the mom is funny. The families are awesome. Give it a read.
Read my book review of Julie Christianson’s That Time I Kissed My Brother’s Best Friend, book one in the Abieville Love Stories series. This is a Christmas in July Romantic Comedy.

This started out kind of slow and repetitive, but the end was super cute. The charm bracelet was a wonderful tie between their past, present and future. It was a very sweet and romantic gesture and my favorite part of the story. Four stars for the last half of the book.
