Trio of Novellas
Have I said I would read anything Ilona Andrews write? Cos I would. Absolutely would lol. Loved this trio of stories - my favourite is still silver blade but I also really liked silver shark.

God, I missed Ilona Andrews' writing :)
This was a very nice collection of novellas set in space on a planet ruled by Kinsmen, basically mutant families that control the planet's finances. The setting was pretty cool and the genetic abilities that the protagonists had were very interesting to read about. Additionally, the characters were compelling and independent people.
My favorite was Silver Shark and I absolutely loved Claire and Ven's story :)
As one of the negatives, the last story was too short for me. I really felt that it needed more time to develop the characters and the plot.

Three stories that are set in the same universe and the second story has the first story’s main characters make a quick appearance. The first deals with revenge and an arranged marriage. That never happened. The second deals with former soldier hiding her psychic talents as she is living in a refuge on a new world. The third story caused me to snort with laughter a few times. A fun collection of SF romance stories.
Delightful collection. Liked the first two stories better than the third, mostly because they had more of a story. Great characters and worldbuilding, would love to spend more time in this world.
