This book was great and so is Khloe. The only thing I did not care for is how, no matter what topic she was writing about, it always ended up going back to exercise. She definitely inspires to be a better YOU.

Wasn't that great. Was short and quick. Lots of pictures took up the book. Only things I really got from it were to maybe try jump roping as my cardio and to possibly consider trying almond milk.

This is a good book to read on the treadmill or exercise bike- it's surprisingly motivating to hear from Khloe how she got into shape, and what keeps her motivated (if you take it with a grain of salt, knowing some of her new looks are most likely of the plastic variety. It reads like an extended instagram post, but I'll admit I enjoyed it.

As a teen in 2012, the Kardashians were my guilty pleasure and I asked for all their books for Christmas. I picked this one up for cheap later on and initially enjoyed it, especially after enjoying the Strong Looks Better Naked series. However, re-reading it before donating, I didn’t enjoy it as much so I lowered my rating. It's well-written and likely one of the better Kardashian books, with some tasty recipes included.

Hardback, owned. 

This is one of my favorite books of all time. Khloe is such an inspiration and she makes me believe that I am capable of accomplishing anything I set my mind too. This will become by heath bible back at college. My favorite thing about this book is the honesty. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you NEED to hear. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone. This book made me an even bigger fan of Khloe! (:

Surprisingly okay. Recipes look bomb and I got a few exercise ideas out of it so I'm not mad.

I decided to read this book at the beginning of the year to help motivate me to start eating better and exercising again. The book is filled with positive quotes and ideas. It also contains good diet and exercise advice and tips but isn't anything new or revolutionary. Some of the recipes included in the book looked really good. This is an easy, quick read and if you are a Kardashian fan, it is worth picking up.
