Nothing I haven’t read before. It was okay she means well with trying to help others care more about their health and self esteem.

This entire book could have been an article in a magazine. I ended up skimming parts, because she repeated so much. She does have some great advice on feeling confident and making positive changes in your life, but I wouldn't recommend this book to a friend unless they were obsessed with the Kardashians.

You can bash the Kardashians all you like but you can't read this and tell me that khloe Kardashian is full of shit. This book was really motivational and my heart goes out to khloe, she is honest in this book and gives such great advice. We all need to think like khloe!

I got a kick in the pants that I needed!! I also got some great ideas not only for me but for some loved ones !

I dunno, Guys. It was fine. And inspiring. But. I feel like Khloe Kardashian is working from information she's been given and then pretending to be an expert. The food portion is what got to me. Her nutritionist told her that all organic is best, and... I've heard contrary evidence. And also who has the time and money to go to the farmer's market several times a week to get fresh fruits and veggies and... Oh, wait. A Kardashian has the time and money. I was inspired by her journey and so glad she seemed to be transparent about her flaws and the difficulties she's had. But the food part really made me eye-rolly. She's still my fave Kardashian, though.

I picked this up because I'm a huge (and unashamed) Kardashian fan, and Khloe has long been my favorite of the family. A fairly standard book on diet/exercise/mental health, Khloe brings in a number of professionals to help her offer the advice to her readers. The best part, by far, are the anecdotal stories Khloe tells and the story of her "come back", so to speak, from a place of darkness to a place of light after her divorce from Lamar Odom. It's not going to revolutionize what you know about health and fitness, but it may give you a kick in the pants - it did for me - and definitely gets more behind the life of a private woman who has spent her life on TV.

As probably most people who pick up this book, I'm a fan of the Kardashians, especially Khloe. It was an easy and quick read. There was nothing revolutionary or groundbreaking in this book, but it was an enjoyable read. I liked that the writing style was conversational. There's a lot of "common sense" health stuff in the book and it's balanced with anecdotes, inspirational quotes, actionable steps and recipes. I will be trying some of the recipes - they look very accessible and delicious!

The publisher calls this a memoir, but it’s not; it’s a self-help book that isn’t researched, just more a distillation of Khloé’s personality and approach to life. I liked it because I like her. I find it odd that she worked with the same ghost writer who worked with OJ on “if I did it”

A cute read. Didn't really agree with everything, but nice nevertheless. Felt a little bit as if every page and chapter was just a repetition of the last...

3.5 stars.
