For me, it was lacking both indepth characters and a good plot line.
It was still an enjoyable read, nonetheless.

This was so silly, stupid and slightly out dated but I loved it.
It was so fun and weird and joyful.

It wasn't amazing, but it was cute. The ending seemed kind of rushed, like the author wanted to get rid of Gretchen and all her other characters in a hurry. And not a lot was explained at the end. Really short, not a lot of substance.

A very "real" and empowering portrait of teen girlhood. I can't wait until my daughters are ready to read E. Lockhart!!
