Twisted Hate

Oh My. Jules and Josh… I loved the love/hate in this! Too good to put down!

I hate to say it, but I have to. Josh is way better than Alex and Rhys because he isn’t rich. Not that money automatically makes a character unlikable, but Josh had a humbleness to him that the other two lacked. He never bought his way out of problems or used money to maneuver himself through life, and I think that makes him a better character to read about.

Josh has a personality, whereas Alex and Rhys are practically emotionless and only care about themselves, Ava, and Bridget. A large part of my liking of a book is if I like the mmc, and I hated Alex, thought Rhys was okay, and liked Josh sooo i.e, I liked the book.

⭐️ Also can we agree that calling a woman “the most beautiful THING” isn’t attractive. She’s a person, not a “thing.” I don’t care what the term of endearment is. Call her the most beautiful woman in the world instead. Thank you.

Josh & Jules

What can I say? I was a complete sucker for these two as well. I mean best friend x brother the trope itself was hot !

“I don’t share. Now when it comes to you.”

“Hey, Red.”

Josh and Jules. ❤️

My least favourite so far. The ending was okay but I was not entertained as much as the others two. I will give it a few points because of Antarctica mention, who did this to you trope and spider-man mention (i really love spidey).

Now the rest was a bit annoying tbh. First of all the biggest turn off for me was that he suddenly started calling her Red. I hated the nickname. Then some sex scenes came at an awkward moments, so I wasn’t fully on board with it. The whole final plot and resolution i hated, I would have dumped any guy who would treat/say these things to me (but i understand that’s personal choice).

That being said I did like Jules as a character and Josh is probably my least favourite in the whole series, I didn’t even like him in the first book for some reason.

It was okayish.

He really didn’t go to New Zealand last minute to follow not even his situationship yet somewhere…. I was so annoyed.

Honestly, this might be a hot take, but this was one of the best books in the twisted series. Oh I love Jules and Josh. I’ll think that they are the cutest couple. I loved their enemies to lovers dynamic.
