I love Josh…! And I’m definitely in love with Jules!
I love their personalities….and their story was probably the most intriguing one for me in the series thus, the reason for the high rating
He called her his personal hell! He took her on a freaking bookstore date! Went with her to Ohio and ditched his much planned for vacation all because she needed him! He went against his morals and almost beat a guy to death all because the guy assaulted Jules!
I loved the fact that Jules decided to come clean about her wrongdoings to Josh….even though what happened afterwards had me crying and contemplating my entire existence…
As much as I hated Josh at the moment for when he said- remember when I said I forgave u? I lied.
And all the freakishly stupid things he said to her afterwards and kicked her out of his apartment…as much as I think none of it was justified…he shouldn’t have reacted that way but he had been lied to for yes by his father, bff and now…the girl he loved, the girl who knew about this and yet had hurt him, ik this doesn’t justify his actions but from his perspective it might have been too much for him too..
But after that…he grovelled pretty great even though Alex had to talk sense into him…
I loved the Bridget and Rhys wedding scene too where joshy got all jealous of asher Donovan. (He’s getting a book!!! Yaya)
The scene where Alex’s proposal was shown was pretty damn cute too!
My favourite book in the twisted series..!!
I think I have a thing for Asians….since maybe i am one and the fact that many of my fav book bfs are the Asian ones…(didn’t realize that until my bestie pointed that out)
So….overall for me it was a wonderful read.
I think they r the most underrated couple but they r perfect. The chaotic ones tho.
