This was a great first book for the series. Cole is this sexy playboy who has never dated and he has a beautiful heart. Ren is getting over a breakup, vowing to never date again and is slowly finding his confidence again. And together they just work. Their chemistry is great, their spicy times are hot and they realise they want to try dating but eventually fall hard big time.
The story is light and low angst. There is great banter between Ren and Cole and their friends are good value.

K.M. Neuhold is a new-to-me author and although many of her books are on my TBR, this is the first book of hers I've read. Now I'm wondering why I waited so long.
What a freaking sweet and sexy story! I'm really left speechless at how much I adored this book. I COULD NOT put it down. It was just so simple, no drama, just pure love and sexiness. I seriously haven't read a book that fast in months!
This story has many little things I love in romance, one in particular being the secret identity while texting. And K.M. Neuhold writes it so well. It never got to a point where I got tired of the 2 MCs not knowing about the other, it really flowed super well.
I enjoyed Cole and Ren so much. Their relationship develops so well and the fact that there's no drama between the two was just refreshing. All the swoon. This book also made me realize how much I like the "smiling while kissing" moments. I smiled the whole time while i was reading, I had cramps in my cheeks.
What a great start to this series! Read if youa want a no-angst, high steam book that will keep you smiling for hours.

Um I loved this??? Why was this 5 stars?? I dont even know but the vibes were literal perfection. No notes, I love KM Neuhold.
