I'm sure this was well intentioned but it was just little paragraphs saying dumb things like "be happy. It's better" with no context and no guidance on how to actually improve your life. Felt like inspirational quotes/fortune cookies/mantras. One was literally "if you need help, get help". A few of the poems were OK, but otherwise this did not add anything to my life.

Beautifully written! I loved the smooth shifts between writings to poetic pieces to much needed self growth advice. This is a book I recommend and would be more than happy to gift a fellow soul in need of some soothing and gentle guidance. It’s a read one can enjoy during a day in the park or at home with a nice cup of tea.
