I definitely like Amelia Bedelia more now that she's a little kid. When she was an adult, I always worried that she had some sort of disability. But now, she's just a kid who hasn't heard a certain phrase before - like much of her audience - and gets it explained to her (and the reader) so they don't sound silly like Amelia does!
