I enjoyed Endgame and will be reading the next one. The only reason I haven't given it four stars is that I found the writing style annoying and that put me off at times. However it has a compelling storyline and I look forward to the next.

I do not know why anyone is hating on this book. It is nothing like The Hunger Games except for the aspect of the rules. I know everyone is hating on James Frey for the fact of what happened with him and Oprah but Oprah has forgiven him. Again I do not understand the despite of the book when it was really, really good.

This book was mindblowing in so many ways. I have no idea why I even put it down many years ago in the first place. It's obvious that there was so much research and development that went on for this story to even happen. With every page, I found myself falling deeper into the story and I couldn't put it down at all (I might have sneakily read some instead of paying attention to my lectures but let's keep that to ourselves). I can't wait to see what Sky Key has in store!

Read this as part of my book club challenge to read the book you've had on your shelf the longest!

And yes, in some ways this is just your typical YA dystopian sci fi/fantasy mix with a cast of edgy teens. But in other ways, this was just so freaking fun and fast paced and just a good ol' ride. I was getting so into it 😭
Will be recommending to any 15 year olds I happen to meet in future

It was almost better the second time around! I loved this book the first time, when you learn about all the characters, though having the classic Battle Royale feel it kind of just makes me smile, Though I have to admit though it had a bit of a hunger games feel but I loved the idea that they didn't really have to play if they didn't want they could go where they wanted and just move around. Like you didn't really see Aisling a lot but you knew what she could do, and the overabundance of Sarah and Jago? I couldn't....Right now An is my favorite character, the only one with actual character development! On to Sky Key!
