This book built on the world so well. I really love Mira and Arsinoe joining up. This series is so hard to read though at the same time. So painful.

the three girlies are still trying to kill one another! who thought! but now secrets are revealed! no one’s powers are what they seem… all of them continue to fall into madness especially katherine (get it together!) who will ascend the throne? we will see next time when i read the third book!

I think I liked this better than the first one, but maybe not enough to read the 3rd. This series is just not grabbing me, and I'm having to skim a bit to get through the books.
