There's a lot to like about this book. Bunker's stream of consciousness narration style really characterizes Felix and Zyx, and the concept is interesting. It was also nice seeing a SciFi book with disabilities rep, but it wound up coming off as really abelist because of character discussions and the implication that the behavioral and physical impacts of Zyx being in Felix's body were inherently abnormal.

๐Ÿ“˜The Gist ๐Ÿ“˜: A science experiment accident fused Felix with a 4th tensional being when he was a baby. Now he has to find a way to unfuse, or he will die. But what if the procedure kills him?

๐Ÿ“’Representation๐Ÿ“’: mlm mc, disabilities rep (kind of), gender queer sc, neopronouns, trans sc

๐Ÿ’• For readers looking for ๐Ÿ’•: interesting writing styles, explorations of the perception of reality, queer protagonists, gender queer grandparents, internal dialogue, and aliens?
