This kicks off a new series and boy is it an intriguing one. This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster. My heart went out to both Autumn and Zach. Their backstories hit me in the heart. Man did Autumn keep getting knocked down by my life, but she never gives up. She picks herself back up and carries on. Autumn's little girl Matilda is quite the character. She's like a little adult. She's my favorite character of the book. The scenes between her and Zach just melted my heart. There is plenty of heart and feels in this one. The characters have strong emotions that's for sure. We see some familiar faces in this one that made me quite the happy reader. I can't wait for more from this series.

Audible Audiobook

Not as good as the first series, but this one holds its own. Zach lost his wife 3 years ago & Autumn lost her husband before that. I don’t know why the synopsis says they were old flames, she just had a crush on her brother’s best friend in school.

Here’s my only issue. They both loved their spouses. They are both ready to move on. Good for them. They both have tremendous guilt over the deaths of their spouses. He wants to save her—which, eww. Why did the author have to make their spouses unlikeable? We know Callie is spoiled from the Broussard books, but Pax, why did he have to be a mama’s boy? Not sticking up for his wife when dealing with his mother was a major character flaw. He could have been just a really nice guy, average, but he had to be spoiled?

Swoon!!! This is a super cute novel (think Sleepless in Seattle with a podcast and in reverse with some cute twists). I loved this book. This book is connected to other books that Claudia has written. Once you get drawn into her world you will love all her interconnected stories and characters. This one involves characters you meet in Wrong, Text Right Love and Didn't Expect You (also two fabulous books) but can be read as a stand alone.

You meet Zach who is a widow from a short marriage 2 year earlier and Autum who lost her partner 6 years prior. I don't want to give too many spoilers but Autumn has a daughter who wants her mother to meet someone and fall in love so she calls a famous podcaster/influencer for assitance. You will find yourself falling for Autumns daugher harder than Zach falls for Autum. There are also some really cute connections and the way the story unfolds is wonderful. I can't say enough great things about this story.

* Listened to this on audio.
I was so excited to listen to this story because it is performed by two of my favorite narrators and they did not disappoint.
I really really enjoyed this story.
Autumn and Zach reconnect after years of no contact. Zach used to be very good friend's with Autumn's brother but they lost touch. Both Autumn and Zach have tragedies that have left them widowed and they can empathize with each other's loss.
The hidden star of this book is Matilda, Autumn's daughter.
She is the one that inadvertently gets them back together.
I'll admit. A lot of this story feels over the top, but I really enjoyed the laughs and romantic gestures.

I am so in love with this series!

This is the story of Zack and Autumn. The interconnections and small-world feel of this series is brilliant!

Both Zack and Autumn have scars from their pasts. I enjoyed how they understood each other. They can both empathize with each other and both have similar pasts that they are trying to push through.

Autumn is surviving, but she wants to thrive and doesn't really know what she needs until Zack comes into her world.

Zack is overcoming the past, he seeing the forest through the trees

The flow and timeline of this story was perfect, I like how the time passes in the world Ms. Burgoa creates, it makes the story even more realistic. It shows that love sometimes doesn't happen overnight. Happily ever after takes time and patience. And I flove that.

I also enjoyed the bit of "Sleepless in Seattle" spin to the story, I loved the movie and this story is spot on.

I also was excited to see past characters make appearances that just enhanced the story even more!

I love these families and I hope there is more to come!

"What if the person you try to save is the one who saves your heart?"

This was a sweet, finding love after loss romance à la Sleepless in Seatle.

While visiting his late wife's family and sitting in during his sister in law's podcast, Zach St. James hears his former best friend's niece asking for someone to help her mom, Autumn, find happiness.

And for the first time in a long time, he feels hope.

When Zach sets out to help Autumn, it forces him to come to terms with the truth about his marriage, and it opens him up to something he never thought he'd have. As these two spend time together, helping each other to heal, they end up building something both unexpected and beautiful.

Filled with Claudia's signatute style, humor, and heart, Until Next Time is a cute start to a new series featuring the St. James family, and I'm looking forward to learning more about each sibling.

What a great melding together from one beloved series to a new fun, sweet, and steamy romance series! I loved the Brassard family and this story is what happens after their younger sister dies and leaves her grieving husband behind. Zach is lost and harbors guilt over his wife's death. He is still close to the Brassard family when he hears Persy's podcast where a young girl calls looking for a husband for her loving but over worked mother. Zach loves to help those in need, and he especially want's to do what he can for this little girl and her mother, especially when he realizes that he knows the mother. Autumn is a single mother who lost her husband as well and her in-laws are are selfish and bitter. When Zach first enters Autumn's life, she is suspicious. But her old school girl crush quickly grows again for her brother's best friend, who she hasn't seen in years. They weren't looking for a relationship, but they work so well together, being there when they need each other most. But how can they make a relationship work when Autumn needs to put her daughter first, and Zach travels all over the country for work? I really loved both Zach and Autumn so much! Autumn was so strong, intuitive, and loving, and such a good mom. I totally swooned over Zach, who is protective, thoughtful, and so sweet with Autumn and her daughter. They were so perfect for each other, and their chemistry was combustible. I loved their family and friends who were loyal and supportive and fun! I really enjoyed this sweet, emotional and steamy romance. This is a wonderful start to Burgoa's new St. James Family series, and I can't wait for more from the St. James Family!

Adulting can be hard especially if you're dealing with a broken heart. Until Next Time tackles the pain, pleasure and adventure of life. With humor, heart and hope, Burgoa celebrates the beauty of inner strength that is often times overlooked. Zach and Autumn are adorably broken and that makes them all the more intriguing.

I loved how this was about two broken hearts who don't seem to be able to move on from their loses for different reasons and how one letter from a little girl brings Zach and Autumn together once again in life after they lost touch when they were younger. There is plenty of emotions that Zach and Autumn have to go through to come out the other side and sweet wee Matilda not only brings them together but is an absolute firecracker. So get ready for laughs, tears, amazing friends and family as well as selfish people and old faces I missed while getting to see Zach not give up on Autumn and both of them heal and find happiness.
