2.75 if I'm being honest. I liked the first one better, because it had less politics in it. This book was too political and had too little murder mystery. I don't care about Brexit and Trump. The story is set in 2016 and the author wanted us to know. Also there was too much art in it. The name of the famous artist that is used was so difficult that it because a blank sound in my head every time it appeared. It took me such a long time to read it, because it was too political, too artsy and not enough murder mystery and excitement.

I thought the follow-up was going to be better than the first book, but it really wasn't. I'm glad I've only spent 99 cents on the Kindle edition. I was so bored I kept forgetting all the names, so when the killer was finally revealed, I had no idea who he was

A perfect sequel and the ‘cosy crime, who done it?’ genre at its finest. It might be seen as cheesy for others but I personally loved it. Funny, interesting and good plot twists. This book was easier to read than the first book when it came to the storyline, so no matter when you put it down you could easily pick it back up again. I can definitely see the Queen as a new Miss Marple!

This was even better than the first in the series. While requiring a complete suspension of disbelief it is really fun. The queen is witty (as she has a reputation for being) and Rozie's a strong character.

It’s tempting to list everything this book isn’t, but I was too delighted with what it is to bother with that. Charming, thoughtful, clever plot, amusing and entertaining. I wish there were 20 more in the series.
