Given that this book was originally released in 2014, it's worth noting that some of the information is a little bit outdated. However, it's still incredibly accurate to some of the feelings we're facing at the moment. It's highly geared towards working mothers, but it does a good job mentioning the importance of fathers being involved in child and home care which was nice to see. However, I would have liked seeing WAY more about that topic. This focused more on theory and scientific research than on tactical changes, although the last chapter has some tactical takeaways.

All in all, I enjoyed seeing the science behind how time is used, but I would have loved some deeper dives into each section. I think I'd read a book each about work, love, and play from this author because she had an incredible way of tackling big topics; it just felt a little rushed for me. But it answered a lot of my questions and dove into things I had never really considered. Still a very worthwhile read!
