I really enjoyed getting to read this story, knowing very minimal about it, but I definitely wish I had read the precursors to this story. Not knowing about certain Avengers' deaths through me for a loop, and I felt ill-prepared. But that's a me problem. Hence, still a four-star, fantastic read that I flew through and now plan on picking up more House of M storylines.

The "no more mutants" line didn't hit as hard as I expected it to. Felt like it just kind of popped up out of nowhere.

Brilliant plotting with emotionally resonant moments for many of these characters. Great art for the most part and a genuinely interesting and rollicking story. Loved it.

There will be spoilers before I start.  If you were an avid fan of Wandavision definitely read this epic story.  After feeling neglected from her father Magneto, Wanda alters reality and puts various Marvel heroes in different realities.  And the story ends on a down note.  Wanda warps reality even further just by saying no more mutants.  Talk about a harrowing story.  This is definitely a must read for Marvel fans.

The Book in which the Scarlet Witch turns the majority of mutants in the world human. I tripped over this on goodreads and I'm glad I did. A good story, though I wish I could figure out which graphic novel would immediately proceed this one (I hadn't really looked to hard yet though). There are A LOT of characters in this one, but they are clearly not picked at random for the most part. And the alternate timeline is pretty darn good. A must read for the Marvel Universe (except that nothing in Marvel is canonical - except Jean Grey coming back to life).
