This book succinctly summed up many grey areas in my thoughts. David pushed himself hard as life is hard which is why I do it too. He said putting yourself in uncomfortable situations will make you stronger, more agile and it does. I learned more about the whys in my life through this book. Great book.

I don’t care for the jarhead stuff but this book has an undeniably powerful, inspiring message.
