Recommended by YouTuber Alivia D’Andrea in her Glow up Diaries series. I’ve never been a big fan of self help books but this was an inspiring read.
I was most invested in him overcoming his childhood and high school trauma to define himself on his own terms and not others and the last few chapters revolving on him breaking the pull up record.

Solid. A good review of his history without leaning into some of the violent glory BS of similar books by similar authors. The page-long "Challenge" at the end of each chapter was an interesting addition.

Read his last book before this one and I was bored knowing what to expect.
Must read for everyone.
David explains us how he overcome the adversity in his life and teaches us how to adapt his mentality to success in life.
