Just wasn’t interested anymore. Middle pages got interesting and first pages were good, interest dwindled. Might come back to later.

Surprisingly i didn't enjoy this book as expected. I get the metaphors and deep meanings of this book but it lost me somewhere in the middle part. Too much filler and the characters are horrible people. It's about a bunch of white, filthy-rich, toxic, misogynic, hypocritic, psychopathic men. Can't care less

I have been wanting to read this book for so long and it did not disappoint! Fully lived up to the hype.
I was hesitant because I’m not a horror reader, but this book did a good job of being gothic without having unnecessary gore or uncomfortable scenes.
The characters were so well done, especially Dorian.
I love how the message of the book is stated subtly at the beginning with Lord Henry saying the world needed a “new hedonism”. Then the plot gives Dorian that new hedonism, but he comes to realize that it doesn’t satisfy and only leaves him miserable.

I really really enjoyed this book. Because of the time the book was written and takes places there are quiet a few really misogynistic comments that were hard to read although i think they were important for context.

I loved everything about this but I don't know where the lgbtq section was in the whole story. Maybe it was in thr one I skimmed through.

Don't care about others opinion of Henry (Harry) but he's my favourite character.
