The mystery was interesting and well-written. Whyborne and Griffin's relationship is still a fun read. They have great chemistry and I do enjoy how the topic of Whyborne’s privileged upbringing has entered into the conversation. I do feel like they are over-using the ‘lovers tiff separating them only for immediate danger to make their argument seem irrelevant’ trope, but overall it is still enjoyable.
Plus Christine is there to deal devastating one-liners and roll her eyes at peak moments so A+
