I like this book a lot not only for the story itself which was an interesting concept, but how well the story made the character growth seem realistic. This book was a perfect read for Christmas and being around family that is aging as it reminded me to be grateful for what was in front of me. Grateful to be alive and surrounded by those I love. Surrounded by what all my choices in life have led me to... a good, happy life. This book illustrated beautifully how life is full of choices and the good, bad, and ugly that come with it. It was a quick and enjoyable read but I will say that my only gripe is that it slightly paints over the fact that mental health struggles are not something that goes away after one night. And I know it is fiction, but it would be fun to just throw in as part of her life improvement post Midnight Library that she got a therapist lol. But minor gripe, and I will definitely be recommending this book to others!
