I am definitely giving this a reread at some point. Peterson holds forth compelling, if culturally controversial, points on reversing chaos in one’s life.

You should read this book.

This is a nice and interesting guide to life, step by step by a psychologist!

This was exceptional. It was to be read as a whole if you're going to process it with intent to disagree.
On the whole, Peterson write as he speaks: eloquently, with reference to Eastern and Western (favoring the latter) religious and psychological narratives. His writing is self aware and direct, but also multipronged and circumnavigatory.

Not much else could be said concisely. I will be rereading this and reviewing what's in there pages again.
I recommend it to all except those who would be offended by a remark that may seem contrary to their own world view, be they socialist, the capitalist, keyboard warrior, religious zealot or activist.
The book is more than the sum of its parts and you do yourself a favor (should you choose to) in reading it as such.
9/10 for a few sentences that meander, a relatively tangential rant in Rule 9, and the need for balance from its sequel: 12 More Rules

It's a very nice outlook at some of the problems people might have with life and how to approach it itself. It was a really good read. Definitely recommend it.

Alot is being said that ultimately didn't lead anywhere. Could not hold any interest any longer. Couldn't finish the first chapter.
