I received a review copy of Aunt Edwina's Fabulous  wishes from Smith Publicity Inc! This does not impact my review at all

Julie discovered just before her wedding her soon to be husband is a gold digger. Not wanting to dissapoint her family, she moves forward with the wedding anyway. The day before her wedding though, Aunt Edwina passes away. Assigned to be executor of the will, Julie and her cousin Gertie are sent on a madcap adventure full of riddles and family history. They meet a handsome antiques dealer, a verbose lawyer with a potbellied pig, well meaning aristocrats, and many other unique people, all while they try to complete Aunt Edwina's treasure hunt.

This story was so fun! It was advertised to me as a clean, uplifting humorous novel and that is the perfect description! Julie and Gertie were lovable, and a bit odd, which is the perfect combination.

The writing style of this book was amusing because it was very Posh. There is something about aristocrats chasing bunnies in a garden that will always be fun.

Aunt Edwina's Fabulous wishes is appropriate for all ages. There are tips throughout the book on how the reader can track their own genealogy,  and other random helpful hints like wear flip flops in the shower!  There is so much respect for generations passed, it was lovely to see.

It takes a bit to get to the riddle part of the story - I wouldn't describe the first scenes as slow, but the story definitely picks up once the riddles are discovered!

I am obsessed with Fred the Verbose Lawyer. He is an unusual character, who's charm is unparalleled. .

I really enjoyed this book and reccomend it to everyone looking for something light and funny with a little bit of mystery!
