این کتاب بهترین اتفاقی بود که می‌تونست تو این روزا برایم بیوفته.

کتاب از همه نظر عالی بود. چه از جنس فانتزی و دنیایی که برای ما میسازه، چه انتخاب کلمات که جادوت میکنن، و چه روند داستان. تقریبا هیچ چیز در این داستان اضافه نبود.

everything was precise and to the point. I'm lucky that I read this in the mostly perfect time in my life.
This one won't disappoint you like those fantasy books that are introduced in bookstagram or booktube.

This is "Harry Potter Good" and I don't say that lightly. It's as good as it was when I first read it. Granted, there are some rough parts, and it's quite violent (but so is HP, let's be honest!). I don't know whether to be indignant that it's not as popular as HP or maybe happy that it's a best kept secret. Either way, it's one of the most original children's stories out there.

And I'll read it again.

Woof!! What a crazy ride! This is for older readers as there’s lots of MURDER, gory scenes, and more murder. I still love it, and am excited for a redo this fall on HBO, as it is an unique plot, world, characters, etc. The tone definitely is a bit rougher to take in 2019 than it was in 1995, but overall a great read... again.
