This was fine, I preferred the first novella in this series. Especially because I'm no fan of people knowing each other for under six months and then one of them already thinks about marriage. Big no from me, but oh well.

I love the dual POV. I love that it is a short story but wish that it had a chapter or two where they meet families I feel we lost out on alot of the story line by it being skipped over. Still a must read spicy book

I love what an escape these books are! Like little snippets into the relationship of Nick and Holly through the year. The age difference is written so well and I love that we get to follow Holly and she moves on
4⭐️ Nick and Holly still got it! They’ve progressed in their relationship, not minding if it goes faster than they would have thought. Again I wanted more since this is short! I foresee running into a bump in their relationship together, and maybe that’ll happen in the next book before it gets real serious.

The constant check-in? Loved it. The slow progression, and Nick making her comfort a priority at all times (even during play)? Amazing. Body positivity? Absolutely, sign me up. Safewords and BDSM etiquette? On point.
I liked this one even more than the first one, and that's a tough thing for me - I prefer the initial sparks to the relationship progressions, but this was just too good.

Since they got together at Christmas, Holly and Nick’s relationship is only growing stronger, and both of them are starting to think of their future together.
Like the first book in this series, this was good fun, with really hot, well-written sex scenes. I think I preferred it as they’d been together long enough for some of the more unrealistic elements to be ironed out, and I could enjoy the relationship that’s developing between the two of them. I’m looking forward to reading more from this couple in the future.
