i actually really liked all the characters and relationships i was pretty solid but i still like the body guard one better

i was tricked by my ovulation phase and associated hormones into browsing /romancebooks to appease my sudden onset of horniness. this book was highly recommended, PRAISED even. little did i know that my foolish ovaries had led me into... whatever this was. spicy scenes were spicy, i'll give you that. the overall plot was kinda boring tho and i am genuinely becoming INTOLERANT to fucking HEAs.

Really sweet but the guys all made me so mad at that certain point. Layla is incredible and what she went through was awful. I really like it but I also felt like not much happened. There was little plot but tons of character emotions just wanted a better balance of the two
Don’t let the cute little cartoon cover. This book is straight up porn. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is one is for you! Beware it’s long and features:

- scenes with potential triggers
- as always, terrible pet names including “pet” as of one them
- also duh everyone is described as rich and hot
I assumed I was going to read a cute little story about three men fake dating one woman and we’d be on the edge of our seat figuring who ends up being the real one for her in the end. Definitely not going to happen. And that’s fine just don’t set your expectations for that. Either way, got me through a bunch of long waiting room wait times and I still think of some of this spice scenes from time to time.

I was so hooked till 60% of the book and then the wedding happened and they screwed up and I was so mad and furious at them that the groveling was not enough

Could have had more groveling. Those men deserved to suffer more after the crap they pulled.
Loved it. RH is often done poorly in a contemporary setting, this was done brilliantly.
I really liked the grovel although it would have been nice for her to leave for a couple of months, just to see them reallllly sweat. But I'm sadistic, so I always want more grovel....
