A short story. Ava falls in love with Justin and they plan to marry, but a they complete the tradition that her family follows? Eggs, cakes, and scuba diving.

I read a different story by this author and loved it so when this novella came across Kindle Unlimited, I chose to read it. It was a cute story with lots of lessons to learn in it. I thought it was going to end a wee bit differently and was sadly disappointed when it didn’t end how I imagined it would.

I really enjoyed this story but it didn't end like I might have expected.

I enjoyed watching the story between Ava and Justin unfold. There are some surprising moments and some not so surprising ones (at least not for me).

Great short story and will check out more from this author.

What a wonderful story! According to a family tradition a couple must retrieve an egg from a bird in the everglades and bake a cake with it. If they do this successfully, their marriage will last forever.

It is a shirt story so it was a quick read. I loved the story and while it did not end up as I thought it would, that made it better. I expected a traditional ending and it was not. Read this story for a quick light story!

Short story. Very short. I could have read it in one sitting but took me too long to do that. Seemed interesting but just open and shut. Not much to it.

This was a KU book, so thankful that I didn't pay anything for it. It is a very quick read; I listened to it in just a few hours, if that. The story did not really have much of a point and the characters were very vanilla. The only reason it gets one star is for the cover. "Don't judge a book by it's cover" is totally apropos here.

I enjoyed this little story. Although predictable I found it cute.
