These books are kind of cringe but I’m determined to get through the whole series. This one specifically felt like random drama that could’ve been left out of the storyline. I guess you gotta have one of those in a series though. There’s only two books left and I swear something needs to get good.

Ok this is the last I read of these. Curiosity keeps bringing me back, and every time I finish a book in the Immortals series I keep asking myself why?! Ever and Damen can't touch each other or he will die, a kind of spell put on them by their mutual enemy Roman. Ridiculous? I know. The worst part is they still didn't fix it. Haven, her best friend, and newly turned immortal is out of control. I really don't like her. Anyway I just don't think I care enough any more to keep going.

Does this book pass the Bechdel test? Yes. Does that mean anything? No, this book is awful.

*sigh*
I think, I know why I completely forgotten about the events of book 4 (and 5).
Ever was the worst in this one. being annoying af, making horrible decisions and not listening to anyone!
and the most decent character had to die because of this whole stupidity

I think this is one of those series that should have stopped already. The same problems that came up in like the second or third book still haven't been solved, the author is just dragging them out and adding new ones to the mix.

A character was killed in this book - one I thought I would love to see go, but then realized that said person was one of two characters who actually keep things interesting. So now I'm just like, what can you stir up in the next book to drag this out more? Unfortunately, I know I'm going to continue this series because I feel the need to see how it ends.

Let's just hope that Ever stops acting like a child and grows up - and also, please let her leave Haven in the dust because that's a character who I would love to see leave. I could not stand her in this book.
