Hmm what did I get from this book…? I feel like nothing was really answered or explained. I agree with the other low star count reviews and the comments made. I guess the only thing I really learned was staying positive in the time of being unsure or when things are different than expected. It felt very fluffy.

Everyone needs to read this book. Shauna speaks truth and her words are a balm to my weary soul.

My theological understanding is very different from both where Niequist started and from where she had ended up, so there was a lot in this book that didn't land for me. There was also a lot of comfort and inspiration.

Meh.

I didn’t dislike it but I didn’t get much out of it. There were some nuggets of wisdom but mostly just a commute filler.
