I loved their story, their spice and nerdiness. This book was hotter than the previous ones and the attention to detail was delicious. What I didn’t like was everyone’s names. Why were there so many names with a B as the first letter of the name? Was the author just going down a book of baby names and choosing from there? Also, who calls their child Breaker? I skipped his name the entire book and just called him Henry

Yeah I ended up dnf-ing this one after looking forward to it. It sucks but turned out story about 2 people that supposed to be together spend a chunk of time in said book in relationship with other people isn't for me.
Definitely my least favorite of the 3. The FMC was weak. Breaker lacked the wit I loved in JP & the swagger that made Huxley who he was. There was just something missing in this book for me. It was ok, but not something I’d read again.

So good! The love story unfolding between best friends! It kept me entertained the entire read. It had some spicy parts which added to the storyline and the true chemistry of the characters.

I 100% believe men and women can be friends without any romantic feelings being involved, but Breaker and Lia were clearly more than that. Brian had his flaws and didn't deserve her, that's for sure, but Lia's relationship with Breaker felt a lot like emotional cheating. Sharing a bed and cuddling with your best friend while you're engaged to another man is not okay. Or maybe I just didn't hate Brian enough to be okay with it.
And the fact that Lia and Breaker jumped straight into a relationship right after her break up with Brian didn't sit well with me either.
On a side note: I absolutely adored Birdy. She was so nice! I feel like she would've made a better FMC.
